To view your payment details, click on the circular icon on the top right of the screen which will have either your initials or your profile picture. Click ‘View Profile’ to see your profile information.
Now click ‘View Payments History’ on the right-hand menu. Here, you will be able to see all of your purchases on the Lobster Ink platform.
To download the receipt for any of those purchases, click the download icon alongside the purchased item’s price and date. This will download a PDF version of the receipt - similar to the one you received via email when you first made the payment.
At Lobster Ink we believe every Lobster is special, and sometimes that means you need a special receipt. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the transaction(s) for which you need a customised receipt. Please indicate what information you require on the receipt and we will do our best to draw it up and send it to you as soon as possible.
When you make a successful payment, you will be sent an email with a receipt for your purchase.
